Pregnancy Yoga Classes
These classes are designed to support you through every stage of your pregnancy. We understand that every pregnancy journey is unique and are here to provide the support you need. Whether you’re joining early or later in your pregnancy, our classes are tailored to meet your specific needs, offering modifications to accommodate your growing belly and changing requirements.

Labour & Childbirth Yoga
Labour & Childbirth Yoga classes prepare you mentally, emotionally, and physically for labour and delivery. Using specialised postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods, we guide you through ways to ease pain, relax your body, and confidently embrace the birthing process.

Category 4
Postnatal Yoga Classes
Postnatal Yoga classes are tailored to support new mothers’ recovery and wellness journey after childbirth. Restorative postures help your body heal while strengthening your core and pelvic floor. These classes also offer a space to reconnect with your body, mind, and baby as you navigate motherhood.

Our group sizes are small with 5 people on an average. This allows the teacher to give individual attention to each.
Focussed Medical Consultation before class
Dr. Nutan, with over 20 years of experience checks out each and every parameter and recommends guidelines.
Monthly health check-up on request
Dr. Nutan also provides monthly health check-ups after a participant undergoes her first batch of classes, on request.
Booking Process
Step 1
Consultation with Dr. Nutan
Dr. Nutan guides you on the yoga practices and diet as per month-wise development of the baby in your womb and understanding your body’s requirements.
Step 2
Yoga classes start
Our teacher takes over and begins yoga classes.
Step 3
Monthly Health Check-up with Dr. Nutan
Dr. Nutan will conduct monthly health check-up on request, after the first yoga class, for those who are interested.
Days and Timings
Weekday batches – 11.30 am to 12.30 pm (IST)
Weekend batches – 5.30 pm to 6.30pm (IST)
Fees
Consultation Fees – Rs. 2000 (one-time)
Follow-up (if required) – Rs. 1500
Includes one-on-one medical history of pregnancy, diet and lifestyle advice, Garbhasanskar program tailored to your month, and Q&A.
Monthly Yoga Classes
Rs. 15,000 / month (for 2 classes per week)
Rs. 20,000 / month (for 3 classes per week)
Note: Number of classes is to be chosen by the participant based on his/her availability.
We also offer pregnancy yoga classes pro-rata
at Rs. 2000 per class.

Read Before Joining
- Medical consultation is mandatory before joining.
- Each class will be of one hour
- If you miss attending a class once it will be compensated, however if you miss more than one class, then the session will lapse.
- Individual attention is given.
- Before starting yoga practices please follow all guidelines which will be instructed to you in your 1stintroductory class.
- Fees once paid is non-refundable.
