Refund Policy

Overview

Course fees one paid is non-refundable, since our courses are online and we run small groups. If you cannot attend live classes due to some reason, we provide recording access as per duration mentioned in the courses. 

Refunds in case of double purchase

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to advise you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be made to your credit card or original mode of payment, within a specified amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, you should double-check your bank account.

Then call your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted.

Contact your bank next. Typically, there is a processing period before a refund is posted.
